Blueberry-Vanilla Cream Cheese Pies

because these came out looking JUST like the picture and tastier than I imagined, Im sharing the recipe.  

while I cook all the time, I rarely bake - its too precise, time intensive and I dont like being stuck with something like buttermilk - this recipe intrigued me.  I had blueberries, cassis and well…thats all, BUT it was super easy and a huge crowd pleaser.  your friends will love you :)
